Hello, not able to find any plugin like that:

Show thumbnail (specific count of tn) of latest pictures/videos linked or uploaded by forum users.

No need for plugin in real. Code part will be handle it also. I like the recent Images and Vids to be displayed in some concrete place of my index.file


Any idea?

Use XThreads. There are already several plugins made to pull XThreads images to pages.
