its xammp on my lappy
so no any problem with it right? i mean does it make vulnerability?

It just means the function has been disabled in php.ini. It doesn't cause a security issue, or prevent one, phpinfo() just has information about the server. As it's only available to administrators it poses no such issue towards the forum.
