What should I do ?
Do you have Google SEO installed? Or have you made any manual changes to ./inc/functions.php? If so, that's the reason why.
As for ./jscripts/general.js, have you made any changes to it? Can you provide us with your forum URL?
I can't see anything wrong with your general.js file, so I'd suggest just reuploading it from a fresh download of MyBB.

and 2nd, why you asked if I have google seo... you think that makes conflict with other javascripts?
Google SEO modifies inc/functions.php
On the plugins page you can revert/apply the changes Google SEO makes with a click. The file no longer shows up as modified once the changes have been reverted (unless there are other changes too). However reverting also disables Google SEO URLs (redirects back to stock URLs).
So if I disable Google SEO what will happen ?
If you disable it, it'll most likely be disabled...
If you want to verify files, you can revert changes, do the file verification, and apply changes again - if you're quick about it no one will notice. If nothing else modifies inc/functions.php also, it should not show up as modified file then.
Someone also wrote / is working on a plugin that shows the actual changes (diff) made to files. It was around here somewhere...
