When you say this, do you mean that you wish to show the current user's IP address on the bottom of the page? If so, I the only way I can think of to do this, would be to install this plugin. After it is installed, open up your footer template, and add

<?php echo $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']; ?>

where you want the IP address to show.
