... Can you not do anything with this goddamn software without using plugins? I actually want to learn how this software works, not just fill it up with thousands of plugins until it does what I want it to. That is not the way forward.
Edit: After actually looking at this plugin post my initial rage, I see this isn't just another basic one-function plugin. This could actually prove useful, so thank you. Still I really would like to see more code based solutions (Why are the MyBB docs so useless?)

That plugin is one of the most useful plugins there is.
If I make a new forum that is the first plugin I install.
It then removes the need for a lot of these "one thing" plugins.

Thank you, this seems very helpful... But I can't get it to work.
Any and all of the code I actually use just ends up commented out. Does it require an update to make it work or what?
