He is telling you to look in the postbit. It could also be in the postbit_author_info. You are looking for a variable with "awards" in it.

Say which awards plugin it is.
Provide a testuser account and a direct link to a post containing awards information
I find it really odd how disrespectful you were to Jordan. He was trying to help by giving you access to the template. You provided us with no information and there is no way for us to tell what plugin you're using and how your templates are configured. Also, to be honest, I have absolutely no clue what you're asking for.
