Is there any way that userprofile ID seen as html link as shown in this forum.
If my id is 1 than my profile id should be www.xyz.com/user-1.html

As here my is http://community.mybb.com/user-33191.html

i think its easy for expert so experts i need ur help.please solve this problem.

Step 1:
Go to your forum root. Rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess (notice the dot)
Step 2:
Admin CP -> Configuration -> Settings -> Server and Optimization Options -> Enable search engine friendly URLs? -> Enabled

not working.

in root of your forum rename : htaccess.txt to .htaccess

Not working.

I can't get it to work on 000webhost, what host are you using?
