The problem is, you've already installed this plugin, and after that deleted the plugin file file from ./inc/plugins/ folder. But the traces left behind. Now you've to remove the setting group from: AdminCP > Configurations > Modify Settings tab > and delete the "بینک" settings group by clicking on [Options] button and selecting delete option.
