Well from what it's saying, "No such file or directory". Are you missing any files?

I think so.
For the language files I installed
inc/languages/english/admin/googleseo_plugin.lang.php
inc/languages/english/admin/googleseo_settings.lang.php
inc/languages/english/googleseo.lang.php
Installed the plugin files
inc/plugins/google_seo.html (the documentation you are reading)
inc/plugins/google_seo.php
inc/plugins/google_seo/404.php
inc/plugins/google_seo/meta.php
inc/plugins/google_seo/plugin.php
inc/plugins/google_seo/redirect.php
inc/plugins/google_seo/sitemap.php
inc/plugins/google_seo/url.php
Then when I went to ACP to plugins that error message came up.

I had that same problem. I just installed a plugin and that happend. go back to your filezilla or whatever you are using delete the plugin you are trying to install and retry it.

exactly what it says, you are missing /home/modzw/public_html/inc/plugins/google_seo/plugin.php
double check that is is actually there and if not, upload it.
