Recent www.darkhorizongaming.net had a user who deleted some forum boards. So, I went to my web host asking if there was an auto-backup recently and he said no, only on Saturdays. So, my question is, are there any pros out there who can get my boards back in phpymyadmin or anything like that!? Please, it is very important! We had ots of post in there.

If you don't have backup you can't back it. You can only get posts who are made till Saturday.

No other way!?

Once data is deleted, it's gone. Unless you have a backup you can't retrieve it.
