I want it so you can only give one reputation per user

It's reputation for post.
Home » Board Settings » Reputation
Set option "Allow Post Reputations" to NO. And they won't be able to give more reputations to one user. Just one
Edit:
And also you have to turn off option
Allow Multiple Reputation
Can users give multiple reputations to the same user?
Note: Does not effect "Post" reputation
