when i try to move thread this error come

If you are moving the thread from the thread page not the forum page, then first check mark (select) the thread on the top right side and then try to move it. It will be done

Does your host have suhosin.cookie.encrypt enabled by any chance? If it does, ask them to disable and the issue should be fixed.
