Hoover over the group or click on it and you will see the id appended at the end of the url.
if you are admin, then you can login to Admin control panel then navigate to "Users & Groups" => "Groups" on left side Menu => Hover over the group that you want the group id or click on the group, then the id will be displayed in the page url
