MyBB Community Forums

I've seen a few other people with the same issue. I am trying to make a thread on my forum and I get

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /newthread.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

My forum is <snip> if you want to take a look. If anyone knows how to fix it please help. I am hosted with WestHost.com if that helps.
