Full Version: Admin CP problem

I'm in the process of adding a mybb forum to our shoutcast station webpage. The install itself went fine, a very nice and easy install. However, I've run into one bizarre problem. If I login into the admin CP at http://server.com/mybb/admin, I get a login prompt, I enter "admin" and my configured admin password, and I get the base admin control panel, however, if I click on ANY link on the page, I instantly get another identical admin login prompt, which I enter the same "admin" and configured admin password, and the login box remains. No errors.. I can keep entering "admin" and the password and pressing login, nothing changes, and I don't get to whatever link I clicked on. For example from the main CP page, if I click on "preferences" the browser url shows "http://server.com/mybb/admin/index.php?module=home-preferences" and another login box.. If I manually edit the browser url back to "http://server.com/mybb/admin", I get another login box, but if I click login on it, it takes me to the main CP page.. In short, I can't beyond the main admin CP page.. Thinking something was bent in the install I dropped the database, deleted the mybb folder from the webserver, and recopied the files and ran install again.. Same issue this time... If someone is willing to spend a few min to scope this out with me, let me know and I'll PM the actual server url to them...

Help?

Dave
