Hey,

So we're going to be doing this thing where we have a section for only our VIP members. However, we'd like our regular members to be able to have a preview of what's available in the forum? What would be the best way to do this so that they don't see EVERYTHING, but just enough to know that there's some good stuff in there?

Make them not see threads? What your asking can only realy be solved by you as said just play around with the forum permissions.

I know you can do that, I was just wondering if a plugin could be better used. For example, only allow a member to view one or two threads before getting kicked out (so to speak)?

No i don't think there is a plugin out there for this kind of thing.

I think you need to use permissions, Allow Non Vip's to view the categories but not post or see threads - Sanjar12345
