how can I edit and change the color of the scrollbar?

Enter in the colors you like in the Extra CSS box of the Body category when you edit your theme.

scrollbar-track-color:;
scrollbar-3dlight-color:;
scrollbar-highlight-color:;
scrollbar-arrow-color:;
scrollbar-darkshadow-color:;
scrollbar-shadow-color:;

Just so you know, this only works with IE. And you need to enter the hex value of the color after : for all of them.
