I'm using the latest MyBB version and the theme name is Dark Fusion. How can I fix this, and can it be done with this theme?

In your global.css:
.menu {
width: 540px;
padding-right: 20px;
}
Increase it to 620px or whatever higher value matches to fix the issue.
That appears to just stretch the page for me. I'm editing the global.css and made it 620, 520, and it isn't moving the help button in place with the others.
In your .menu ul template you have also width: 540px; change it to 620px or more/less. Try it like that

There is x overflown now. I can remember I have solved this at their general support days back. You can try searching in their board too if we can't solve it here.
Wait..what? No, I'm hosted on my own host. I don't know what icyboards is, and the other admin must be using their XML files to import their themes. I'd never use some free mybb host..
