Is there a plugin were it can make your forum have like to rows for one catigory. Heres an example:

were do I add : .alt_forumlar {list-style: none; margin: 0; padding: 0;}
.alt_forumlar li {width: 50%; float: left;}

It says additional CSS, i cant find it

AdminCP > Themes > Your theme > Edit > global.css > Edit in advanced mode > and paste that code at the end of all code.
