Is it:

Unregistered / Not Logged in
Registered
Awaiting Activation
Moderators
Banned
Super Moderators
Administrators
??

The groups correspond to their group IDs:

1: Unregistered / Not Logged in
2: Registered

4: Administrators
5: Awaiting Activation
6: Moderators
7: Banned
