Let's say we have a special topic that is only conserning registered people OR we want to convince constant guest visitors to register to visit a specific topic. So we want to set permissions ONLY for that topic so that unregistered/Not logged in people cannot see what is inside.
Is that possible in the ACP?
Is there any MOD for this?

No not possible for a specific topic, but it is possible for a specific forum.

No, there is no MOD for it, try requesting it at the Code Modifications forum.

Why don't you just move the topic to a protected forum that has the permissions you want?

Becuase the topiuc is related to the parent forum and I cant move all the topics taht i want to hide to seprate forum
