http://nerdchat.net it says PM disabled when someone signs up.
How do i change that?

When people sign up there is a message that displays 'You have PM disabled'

Do you have the PM system enabled on your forums?

Also check your usergroup has private messaging enabled.

AdminCP -> Users & Group -> Groups -> Registered -> Users & Permissions -> Can use private messaging?
