So in default the profile, PM, report etc are on " /member.php?action=profile&uid=1 " or something like that. How do I make it /members/me. ?

I use google SEO to change my URL for a user...

ex. http://theforumcorner.com/user-frost

As previous poster said, you will have to employ some version of URL Rewriting. In my opinion, the best way to do that would be to use the GoogleSEO plugin available on this website. It's a top-notch plugin.
