I am kinda new so any advice will much be appreciated .

Working on GFX

-Too many forums
-Not enough content in the forums
-No reason to join (nothing unique)
-No custom logo

I like the theme though.

Just made it lol ,working on logo,userbar,header and footer .
want some advice bro...to make it better.

If you're this new, I don't know how you expect to help people make money.

Theme doesn't look bad, but it's entirely the wrong color scheme for your niche. The blue used isn't half bad, but the gradient and shades of blues could be better. The back-lighting effect is nice, more appropriate for a movie / video theme. Look at the color schemes used by your competition. Look at the color schemes used by any big site that transacts money like ebay or amazon. They don't use a predominantly dark color scheme for widely known reasons.
