How can I put the debug info in a tooltip, or in a popup window?

I want an icon at the footer instead of the total debug info which will only be shown to admin if the info display is set to on from ACP, hovering on the icon the the info will be shown in a tooltip ...

Any idea?

Actually the debug info contains a link so if you used title="" tag to display the debug info as tooltip, it would mess-up the debug info. So instead of that tag you would have to use a CSS tooltip instead.

I exactly have faced that error. It breaks the link from in-between.
I was trying to string-replace using javascript on runtime, but I'm missing some point I guess.

CSS tooltip is a good idea. I'll try that.
