1. Go to your ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > Your Theme > Header Templates > Header. Edit from there.
2. That has to be done through cPanel. The link is
http://yoursite.com:2082/frontend/x3/mail/pops.html once you're logged into cPanel. If you don't know your credentials, just ask your host! To make it the email for your forum, go to ACP > Configration > General Configuration, and it's a little bit down the page.
