Is there a way to stop moderators with super moderator enabled, moving threads into forums they can't post in?

Say there is a admin only forum, can i stop super mods from moving threads in there?

I have, they are created threads and then moving them into forum they can't post in.

Then make them normal mods and add them to forum moderators you want them to do moderator actions in.
