How can i fix that?!

And the admin panel url and things are going to mydomain.co.uk/admin/index.php instead of mydomain.com/forums/admin/index.php

WHY!?!?

Uploading cookiesettings.php file to root directory and run

Example:
http://domain.com/cookiesettings.php
http://domain.com/forum/cookiesettings.php

the file will change your configure setting.php file automatically
