Everything is fine for me on site. Can you tell us how the site crashed? Some error etc?

Chances are you host's firewall has blocked you. You can expect that a lot with 000webhost.

i have a test site and it is fine
Either wait it out or contact your host. I wouldn't bother contacting them though, I doubt you'd get a timely reply.

The best option would be to get a shared host instead of a free host. It only costs a few dollars per month and at least you wouldn't be sharing a server with tens of thousands of other people.

It appears done for me as well now. But if I were you I would follow Nathan 's advice above and look for a cheap paid host. These free host are notoriously unreliable.

can you recommend one please, i was going to upgrade with them as well when i had the site the way i wanted it
