I am in need of a theme designer for an upcoming project for discussions of the director Tim Burton.

It will need to stand out and be unique. Put a bit of creativity into it. Make the banner look like one of his drawings perhaps. Up to you, the designer.

I will be paying through Paypal and will only pay the price of the quality you produce.

I have $50 USD for this but will not pay that amount if I do not see unique good quality work put into the theme.

At the moment just looking for people to provide portfolio's or demo's of their previous and/or current work so I can be sure I get the best quality designs for my budget.

I may even go up higher in the budget if I am really impressed.
