I have been using Zend Studio for quite some time and I like it a lot. What php ide, if any, are you using to do your coding?

Sublime Text 2 is all I need and more.

I have been using that too before. It is a pretty decent editor.

You can get plugins for notepad that turns it into an IDE, but yes Nathan your correct in what your saying.
