I have read the topic. I am requesting details for a demo account in order to trouble shoot the issue easier.

Just create a new admin account from the ACP and PM me the login details.
@euantor - you can make a test account from the ACP when/if Julius95 give them to you/all staff.
@Julius95 - Got to Admin CP -> Users & Groups -> Users -> Create new user -> Usergroup -> Administrators
