Hello I just installed mybb forums (1.6.8) and the configuration tablet is missing

And how i edit my rep like on this site?

For 1: You need to upload ./inc/languages/english/admin/ files.
For 2: Try this plugin: http://yaldaram.com/showthread.php?pid=3248

As yaldaram said, you are definitely missing at least one language file from the ./inc/languages/english/admin folder. I would recommend re-uploading all of the language files from a fresh download to be on the safe side.

Ok thanks it worked. Now i'm trying to install this plugin that displays rep power of each group on each post http://mods.mybb.com/view/reputation-power. I put the files on inc, i go to admin cp i press activate but it doesn't appear or something. Is there a similar mod to this?

I'm not sure, though that plugin is quite old and may not be compatible with the current version of MyBB as we made a fairly large change to certain plugin functions not too long back.
