Where in admin section can I switch a user from "probation period" to "normal user" ?

Assuming you mean "Awaiting activation":

ACP > Users & Groups > Users > Select the user > Profile > Primary User Group > Choose 'Registered'.

i mean if user is registered then how can we move a user from "probation period" to "normal user"?its posts shouldnt go to moderation queue
