Hello we have a large mybb forum with thousand users. They complain the password reset code doesn't work and are not able to login. I have to manually reset their password. Personally i think there is a bug but devs should take care of this, having such bugs is not really comfortable.
We have mybb latest version.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Think this has been posted a few times that there is some weird issue with this i remember a thread stating the same thing that it happens on a lot of forums even here. Will try to find the post.

i have replied to that thread but the issue is still unresolved.
Problem is it when i read the whole thread seems like a random bug. And apparently hasnt been reproduced by any of the dev team. Maybe try to find out more information.
If you maybe have friendly redirect page disabled, if it happens for specific mail clients etc. any information would be useful. What plugins you use etc etc.
