I removed the links because of illegal contents. You can insert your html code for the box into the template header.

I thought MyBB didn't give out support for illegal content boards?

Why don't you use the important message plugin and then just insert the html code for your advertisement in there! That might work! And that will show up below your banner.

Edit it? You just add your code where the message needs to go in ACP (read the readme file that comes with the plugin)! You should at least know the html code for this advertisement you want to use. None of us can tell you what that is!
