It's a Image. If you Right Click it, and Select "Copy image URL", and paste it in a new tab, it will provide you with the image's location. Just replace the image with the new image that you want.
If you aren't familiar with swapping images, you should also be aware that it isn't just about uploading a new file...
Sometimes new images break templates due to their dimensions (or at least have unintended consequences).
Also pay attention to transparency and anti-aliasing.
