How can i do it to hide everybodys posts until an admin approves on a certain thread?
AdminCP > Forums and Posts > Edit the forum where you want to moderate threads/posts > and under "Moderation options" > tick the following option;
Yes, moderate new posts
im on about just one certain thread.

You would need a plugin for this as it is not core functionality. I'm not sure if one exists so I'm moving this to plugin requests.
