Is there a plugin that stops users from using the site (such as posting) until they reply to admin messages? Have an ignorant user on my site who just ignores my messages. Hes active so would like to avoid banning him.

I have coded a similar mod that will force users to read unread private messages in order to browse the forums, but it is for all pm's.
