how do I make it so it is just insaneguides.com

When I go to insaneguides.com and hit upload it takes me to my site. But how so I get it so It takes me there straight from insaneguides.com

You need to upload the contents of the Upload directory straight into public_html. Don't upload the actual directory Upload.

How do I change this? Soo have to delete all my contents and reupload?

Just move the contents from the /Upload folder into the web root... No need to delete or re-upload anything.
