While Im doing the recounting for the attachment I got this problem

actually my forum works well but I want to know what is this ? and how I can fix it ?

It is exactly what the error says it is, a missing attachment file. Or it has bad permissions, but missing is more likely.

post_498_~snip~.attach is missing or does not have read permissions and so the functions to deal with images can't access it.

Make sure your uploads folder is chmod 777.
