Can you explain a bit more why you exacly want to do it? You want to import some theme or that html code is to change something in theme? And can you provide here html code so we can see about what are you talking.

It's not so easy like that. You have to code it for MyBB. You can't just convert it like that to MyBB Theme. Search on google how to make MyBB theme and follow some tutorials how to do it. Or pay someone to do it for you.
