How do you place those four links (Search, Memberlist, Calendar, Help) in the right above corner like on this forum??

How do you change the reputation system into numbers?? I have it with quadrangles

How do you place in profile wich country you are

1) You can change the template header to fit your needs. You're also able to edit the CSS in the settings of your theme.

2) There's a mod called "Advanced Reputation System" made by Smethead.

3) You can create a new custom profile field in your Admin-CP which will be shown in the profiles.
