If I but a new URL, how do I make it the main URL instead of the one I already have.

Have your host change your primary domain.

Then go to inc/setting.php and change the domain. After that login to your ACP and update the domain in ACP>Configuration>Setting

How do I have my host change primary domain?
And also... '

$settings['bburl'] = "http://insaneguides.com/";

$settings['cookiedomain'] = ".insaneguides.com";

Those, correcT?
