How do I make a certain forum invisible for some usergroups? I got staff forum for only staff members which others can't access but they can still see it. How do I disable this?

Did you changed permissions for that forum?

Yes, they shouldn't be able to view them or anything but they still can see the forum itself in the forum listing.

Can you post a screenshot of your permissions for that forum?

Seems like everything is all right. You should post your problem with account in Private Inquiries
Forums http://community.mybb.com/forum-135.html and someone from team will take a look.

Try to rebuild cache for forumpermissions.

Did you set the Hide Private Forums? to Yes at Forum Home Options? Because it looks like it is set to No. Which would cause the behavior that you are describing.
