after server crash and uplaod backup my theme look like this see attach, how to fix it

Try reverting 'star_ratings.css' to default.

Go to:
ACP > Templates & Styles > Themes > [Your Theme Name]

Identify the 'star_ratings.css' in the list and click on the 'option' button at right. Select 'Delete/Revert'.
