I am trying to convert SMF 2.0.2 to MyBB all the other stuff (users, topics, etc) have been run successfully, but, there seems to be a problem with Forum Permission.
WHen I run it it simply shows this page:

and reloads every 3 seconds and this page is been reloading for over 30 minutes now.
Could someone tell me what the problem is?

You can skip that part if it is not working properly and reset the permissions manually afterwards.

In the MyBB Admin Control Panel, set your forum permissions to whatever you want them to be.
