Apart has a lot of versions. I need to know specific ones.

Footer says 'Modified for LA-NOIRE.NET' which would suggest the theme is a paid custom modification. Same goes for the other.
No, it's not custom. The only things modified were the images and templates.

Yeah mate. That's the theme. It has some CSS Modifications. Can you figure out the other? Also, these themes won't work with 1.6.
Any theme would do... and obviously the other is Afresh Red. But regardless, all of his themes are the same so any would have done just right.
Nah..I just want to know the themes. I'm a Ex-Staff at that site. We used MyBB. Sad enough none of our Admin was a Big Board Owner.
They are definitely based on the Afresh theme series, not the Apart. Any of the color schemes in the Afresh series will do, it's the same template with a different color scheme in both images and CSS. They are compatible with 1.6, you just need to ignore version compatibility when installing it.
