I want other colour, how it do?

You can change the colors in your Admin-CP -> Users and Groups -> Manage Groups -> *usergroup* -> Edit -> Name Style.

For other colors you can have

<span color="color: hex color here;">{username}</span>

In that Name style as Michael pointed out above.
You need to change hex color here to your preferred hex color.
