Hello., can you tell more information., how to use backup databaze.,
because if i delete any thing., i can restore with databaze.,
but i don't know how to backup some thing., so can you tell more
information., how to use databaze backup to backup some things in forum.

When you make backup of your forum, full backup, then if something bad happend to your forum, you can go to phpMyAdmin in your Cpanel and import your backup database. And you again have your forum fully back. Point is to be sure you make backup everyday, two days, depends on your forum activity.
If you want to make backup of just few tables, then do not select all tables, then just few of them which you want. In my opinion you should backup everything.

You can either backup via phpmyadmin or through the MyBB Admin Control panel (ACP > Tools & Maintenance > Database Backups). It's recommended to do this fairly often - at least once a month.
